Details

How do we position ourselves for the future? How do we ensure everyone in our community has equal opportunity to be happy, to be healthy and to thrive?

Vital Signs provides a meaningful, high-level snapshot of strengths and challenges we are facing in Guelph and Wellington County. The purpose of the report is to engage community conversations, so that as a collaborative group of social, health and community services we can navigate together where we want to be in 5, 10 and 25 years.

Please join us to explore our collaborate report on the region's strengths and challenges. Learn about the data portals that will be launched to provide a resource for deeper data that local services can access to develop programs and policies going forward (Toward Common Ground Data Portal and The Children's Report Card Data Portal).

Enjoy tastey soup from The Seed Hub!
