Details

This lunch and learn session hosted by the Hub for Teaching and Learning Excellence and the Community Engaged Scholarship Institute features an interactive panel of faculty, staff and community partner experts. Panelists will provide insights into their own community engaged learning partnerships across undergraduate and graduate courses. They will also address questions from attendees about the processes, successes and challenges in co-creating critical knowledge and scholarship in the context of course-based community partnerships.

The panel will be moderated by Lindsey Thomson, Community Engaged Learning Manager at CESI. Panelists include:

  • Dr. Stephanie Howells (Sociology and Anthropology)
  • Dr. Jade Ferguson (School of English and Theatre Studies)
  • Adam Bonnycastle (Geography)

  • Denise Francis (Guelph Black Heritage Society)

This event is free. Coffee and a light lunch will be provided. All members of the University community are welcome to attend. A recording of the session will be made available.
