Melissa MacKay

Knowledge Mobilization Coordinator

Melissa MacKay has extensive experience designing and implementing knowledge mobilization and communication strategies, working in community-engaged collaborations, and managing complex projects in a range of contexts including academic, governmental, and agency-based. Most recently, Melissa worked as a Knowledge Broker with Gambling Research Exchange Ontario. Melissa has also taught courses in the Master of Public Health program and worked as a Knowledge Mobilization Program Manager in the Office of Research, both here at the University of Guelph.

Melissa will be working with faculty, students, and staff in the College to build capacity for community-engaged scholarship and knowledge mobilization. She will also facilitate relationships with internal and external partners.
