Survey on Faculty Community Engagement in CSAHS

Survey on Faculty Community Engagement in CSAHS

In 2009, the faculty from the College of Social and Applied Human Sciences (CSAHS), at the University of Guelph were surveyed about their community-engaged scholarship. The survey resulted in a report which documented faculty involvement in community engaged work and identified important facilitators of engagement in research, teaching, and service efforts. The results built on successful practices to serve as a baseline to inform new initiatives intended to recognize and support community engaged work.

The findings were also presented in October, 2009 to faculty and graduate students within CSAHS.
