10C is a community hub and shared working space aimed at facilitating collaboration and innovation to create social change. Located on 10 Carden street in downtown Guelph since its foundation in 2009, this living lab moved into its own and fully renovated space on 42 Carden street as of Summer 2017.
The Community Engaged Teaching and Learning Community of Practice (CETL CoP) is a learning space for faculty, sessional faculty, graduate students, and others currently practicing, or with a strong interest in practicing, community engaged teaching and learning. The CoP is hosted by the Community Engaged Scholarship Institute (CESI) and supported by Open Learning and Educational Support (Open-Ed).

CESI’s work is rooted in the collaborative co-production of knowledge between University of Guelph academics and community-based practitioners. Supporting and complementing this, our knowledge mobilization efforts help make sure that research knowledge is benefiting our community.
The Research Shop works with local and regional organizations and collaborations to carry out high impact community-engaged scholarship. We often collaborate with the social services and non-profit sectors, however the topics of research are diverse and reflect the needs of all our partners.
