This report is a compilation of work conducted for 10 Carden in support of their ongoing expansion project. It identifies best practices and potential funding avenues for shared space/coworking organizations, and contains summaries of key documents related to social purpose real estate. It also provides insight on how several shared space/coworking organizations began and continued to operate through the results of several informational interviews.
