Posted on Monday, January 14th, 2019

The Guelph Lab is seeking three graduate students with excellent writing and qualitative research skills for 5-week part-time (10-20 hours per week) work opportunities. Students will work as part of the Civic Accelerator, an award-winning program that uses local government procurement to drive innovation, in order to scope potential projects, conduct literature scans and interviews, and prepare short descriptions of the project and its goals.

Ideal candidates want to learn about a range of topics relevant to our local government and community, are able to quickly grasp new subjects, and have experience integrating a range of data sources and perspectives. Experience with program evaluation, project management, ethnography, design thinking or municipal engagement is an advantage.

To Apply

Please email your resume or LinkedIn profile to Sam Laban, Guelph Lab facilitator before 9am on January 21st.

Interviews will take place on January 23rd (interviews can be remote or in person), and positions will start on January 24.
