Ashley Cole

Why I’m working with CESI: I am passionate about collaborating with community stakeholders to inform issues happening in my own community. I hope to gain knowledge and skills on closing the knowledge-to-practice gap by increasing the accessibility and relevance of research conducted.    

Program of Study: I am currently completing a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, in which my research focuses on how individuals perceive and respond to workplace incivility, or rudeness. I am also passionate about our ongoing climate crisis and hope to understand how organizations can address this.
