Why I am working with CESI: As a co-operative education student, I am always looking for ways to develop my professional skills outside of the classroom. This position allows me to grow my communication skills while contributing to a field that I believe in: community-engaged scholarship. I feel that CESI's mission to bring together campus and community partners for mutual gain is socially responsible in that it ensures that University resources are employed to meet current community needs.
Program of Study: I am in my final year of a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in French. For my undergraduate thesis, I am studying how partner choice contributes to political polarization in the Barclay Lab for Experimental Evolutionary Psychology.
