All are invited to celebrate International Women's Day in a presentation and discussion of leadership, mentorship and an equal future.

This webinar will highlight the results of CESI's project that interviewed women* leaders in Guelph and Wellington about the barriers and opportunities they have experienced on their journey to positions in various leadership roles. It will also feature a performance by a spoken word poet and a panel discussion on the role of mentorship, with four local women* leaders in the Guelph/Wellington community. All attendees will be invited to participate in the conversation around mentorship.

This event is being brought to you by The Community Engaged Scholarship Institute/The Research Shop at U of G, CFUW Guelph, Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis and the Zonta Club of Guelph.

*Our definition of women encompasses cisgender women, transwomen, genderqueer women, two-spirit, non-binary, and gender non-conforming people who identify as women.
