Why I am working with the Research Shop: Working with CESI has been an outstanding opportunity to engage and collaborate with local - national organizations in meaningful, critical, and high-impact research and evaluation. I am continuously growing my research skills and understanding of community engaged scholarship in theory and practice.

Program of Study: I am a PhD candidate in Rural Studies. I utilize systems thinking and participatory methodologies in my research to explore gardening and cultivation activities within First Nation community food sovereignty initiatives.
