    • The knowledge, skills, and practices for catching, gathering and processing wild foods from Traditional Territories

    • The knowledge, skills, and practices for learning and knowing what to eat and when for a healthy life

    • The systems and practices that bring food to your community from other places or Traditional Territories
  • Local production
    • Foods grown, cultivated or produced in your community through gardening or farming
