Vital Signs provides a meaningful, high-level snapshot of strengths and challenges in Guelph and Wellington County.  Vital Signs is an invitation to engage in important community conversations. 

The 2018 Vital Signs project for Guelph and Wellington County is a collaborative partnership between The Guelph Community Foundation, Toward Common Ground, and The Community Engaged Scholarship Institute (CESI) at The University of Guelph.

Toward Common Ground Data Portal

Toward Common Ground partners created a wellbeing framework to act as a common language tool and lens for stakeholders of social and health wellbeing in Guelph and Wellington. CESI at the University of Guelph is one of many local organizations that worked together to develop the Portal. The purpose of this framework is to assist us to:

·         understand needs, gaps, strengths;

·         take strategic action; and

·         measure impact.
