The Guelph Lab (a join initiative between the City of Guelph and University of Guelph) and its work to explore student food insecurity has been featured in two articles in Macleans Magazine. The fight to end hunger on Canadian university campuses explores the prevalence of food insecurity on Canadian campuses, featuring research conducted by MealExchange in collaboration with the Guelph Lab and other universities. The grassroots food insecurity initiatives putting an end to the 'starving student' shares more information about select initiatives responding to food insecurity on Canadian campuses, including at the University of Guelph, the University of British Columbia, Dalhousie University, and the University of Alberta.

For more information on CESI's work on student food insecurity and partnership with Meal Exchange, read the blog post CESI and Meal Exchange: Working Together to Address Student Food Insecurity. For more resources related to student food insecurity, visit the Meal Exchange Resources page.
