10 Years of The Guelph Lab

The Guelph Lab operates on the concept of research, collaboration, and expectation. It is the product of collaboration between CESI and the City of Guelph. The Lab works to connect researchers, City-staff, community organizations, and residents to create policies and programs to find local solutions to local issues. The Lab’s research findings are always transparent and they strive to communicate to the community all of their results and achievements.

The Guelph Lab has worked on multiple local priorities, such as food insecurity, supporting civic participation and local democracy, increasing road safety, and improving access to washrooms. Their most recent work has focused on reducing energy inequity.
