Understanding the Impact of Group Counselling in a Classroom Setting

Understanding the Impact of Group Counselling in a Classroom Setting

This project was prepared for, and in partnership with, Family Counselling and Support Services for Guelph Wellington's Breaking Free Program. The Breaking Free program is a psycho-educational group program for youth ages 13-18 that have been considered high-risk of using abusive behaviours in relationships. The goal of this project was to understand the experiences of youth in the Breaking Free program and its impact on their relationships, coping mechanisms  and well-being.
